This workshop is designed for all Rape Crisis Center Staff! Join us for an opportunity to better understand SA and build your competencies in the area of advocacy. The National Resource Sharing Project (RSP) and the National Sexual Violence Resource Center (NSVRC) have developed two assessment tools to assist those working with victims of sexual violence in identifying strengths and strategies to improve their practice. The Personal Assessment tool will help individual advocates to reflect on their own services, knowledge and relationships with community partners. The Organizational Assessment will help organizations’ leadership staff to better understand the state of their service provision overall, their entire staff’s knowledge and their organization’s relationships with community partners.
