Peer Sharing Call: Navigating Newness

For the February peer sharing call, we will be having a conversation about navigating the onboarding process, specifically about new advocate training and staying current on training and resources. Onboarding can be overwhelming with constant training, reading, and feelings of being tossed into the water and having to sink or swim. These are things that not only new advocates experience. Both new and long-serving advocates are encouraged to join to share experiences, tips, and helpful insight on being a newer advocate as well as keeping current as an experienced one.
