It Takes ALL of Us: A Community Response to Human Trafficking

This two-day in-person training event hosted by Shelter Home of Caldwell County is intended for advocates, first responders, and other community members interested in learning more human trafficking and how the community can support the survivors living among them.

Sessions topics on Day One include What is Human Trafficking, how is it showing up here, and what can we do? and What Service Providers and Stakeholders Need to Know. Interactive sessions will include information and discussion that specifically addresses Incarceration and Reentry, Drug-Based Coercion, and Working with Faith-Based Organizations.

Day Two is a special Community Roundtable and Workshop in which participants will identify community strengths, strategize ways to remove barriers to survivor well-being, and create a relationship-based referral and information network.

There is a $15 fee for non-members for Day One Sessions. There is no cost for Day Two, but registration is required for all three sessions.
