Board Training for RCCs & DVSPs

Join NCCASA & NCCADV on Wednesday May 4th from 6pm-8pm for a FREE training opportunity for Rape Crisis Center & Domestic Violence Agencies Board of Directors. This training will include information on the basic tenants of the role of the Board of Directors along with information that is specific to the role of Board members at Rape Crisis Centers and Domestic Violence Agencies. Participants will view a pre-recorded session of the training and afterwards NCCASA & NCCADV staff will lead folx through discussion and activities. Participants can expect to learn more about-Ensuring the Financial Health of the Agency, Boards Roles & Responsibilities, Strategies to Strengthen the Board’s Effectiveness. Participants will also walk away with an action plan of things they are going to work on to strengthen their Board of Directors.
