Commit to having all direct service and prevention staff complete an online needs assessment
Commit to participation of select staff members for in-person or phone interviews
Participate in the training developed from the needs assessment/interview findings (one 6-8 hour training at your facility)
Provide feedback for facilitators through surveys and follow up interviews
They are interested in working with both dual and stand-alone programs. Ideally, they would like to have 6 pilot sites to work with (they would like to form partnerships with 6 pilot sites to help them…) and help them develop this one-of-a-kind training for the state of North Carolina.
