Throughout 2026, NCCASA will be hosting a monthly Lunch and Learn Series. Each session will be a virtual, one-hour session designed to foster learning and dialogue among professionals working to end sexual violence and support survivors across North Carolina. These sessions are informal yet impactful opportunities for presenters to share insights, promising practices, and innovative approaches with RCC advocates across the state.
This first L&L series will feature Juliette Grimmett, MPH, who is the Sexual Assault Victim Policy Strategist at the NC Department Of Justice. Juliette will discuss efforts related to SAKI (sexual assault kit initiative), and she also is directly informed about NC Crime Victim’s Compensation Program.
