Sexual Assault Services Coordinator

substantial experience in the field of sexual assault services with the ability to direct the overall sexual assault programming.  Primary duties would include providing direct services to primary and secondary victims; promoting DCRC services within the community through public speaking, workshops, etc.; collaborating with partners and community members; developing programming to reflect a coordinated response; knowledge of cultural issues and concerns (linguistics, ethnic and cultural) and an understanding of issues regarding violence against women. Education and Experience:

• MSW, MA in counseling, MPH, MA in relevant field, plus 2-4 years of direct service experience in the field of sexual violence; or
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the human services field, or equivalent combination of training and experience, plus 4-6 years direct service experience in field of sexual violence
• Bilingual capacity is a plus
• The applicant must also have outstanding writing and communication skills
