A job well done to the Wilson County SART!

The team received local recognition for their diligence in developing a protocol that coordinates the response of several agencies and improves the quality of care and attention that each victim of sexual violence deserves. We send special thanks to Lynne White; Executive Director of the Wesley Shelter, and Donna Pridgen, the Sexual Assault Team Coordinator who worked relentlessly as a grantee for the Enhancing Rural Strategies project.  After three years of commitment with unwavering dedication to the process, they have signed commitments from the following agencies: Wilson Police Department, Wilson County sheriff’s Office, Wilson District Attorney’s Office, Wilson Medical Center, Barton College and Will County Emergency Communications signifying their willingness to enhance/improve/coordinate their agencies service delivery to victims of sexual assault. ]]>
